The best solutions are built together.

Behind With & For Consulting is me, Stacie Dennis - a strategist, collaborator, and lifelong believer that the best solutions are built with the people they’re meant to serve.

After years of working alongside nonprofits, community organizations, and mission-driven leaders, I started With & For Consulting to help organizations bridge the gap between good ideas and meaningful implementation. I bring practical experience, thoughtful partnership, and a collaborative approach to every engagement, working alongside clients to strengthen systems, build relationships, and create solutions that last.

While I'm the person you'll work with directly, I never see this work as a solo effort. The strongest outcomes come from bringing together the expertise that already exists within organizations and communities - and creating space for it to shape the path forward.

Community voice is a strategy, not an afterthought.

Our approach is rooted in a simple belief: the people closest to the challenge should be closest to shaping its solutions. Rather than offering “one-size-fits-all” recommendations, we work alongside our clients and the communities they serve to co-create practical, sustainable solutions that build trust, strengthen capacity, and advance equity.

The Solution

That's why we take a different approach. We partner with organizations and communities to design strategies that reflect real-world conditions, build local capacity, and create meaningful, lasting change.

The Problem

For years, we’ve watched incredible organizations stall because strategy developed in a vacuum rarely survives the complexities of real-world implementation.

6

There are too many resources in the world for people to continue being left behind.
